Maple Flame Cocktail

A featured Harwood specialty during Maple in the County, our Maple Flame Cocktail showcases the versatility of Harwood’s “Just Desserts” aperitif wine. A spring tradition at Harwood, but very enjoyable all year-round. Perfect with dessert, or as dessert, or as a cocktail when mixed. Not sticky like ice wine. And even though it is somewhat sweet, the finish is dry.

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Harwood Just Desserts
  • 1 oz Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup 

Instructions:

  1.    Mix the Just Desserts and Maple Syrup into the Perrier and stir. It’s that easy!

Note: Add a topping of orange zest an extra burst of flavour.
